Refund Policy

Automatic zero-result refunds

If a data run completes and returns zero results, we refund 100% of the credits charged for that run automatically — no support ticket, no questions asked. The refund appears in your credit balance within seconds of the run completing.

Partial results

If a run returns fewer results than requested (e.g., the data source has limited availability), credits are charged only for the results actually delivered. You are never charged for results you did not receive.

Proxy credits

If you selected a premium proxy option, proxy credits are held at the start of the run and settled to the actual amount used at completion. Any unused held credits are returned to your balance automatically.

Credit pack purchases

Credit packs are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law. Credits do not expire. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@lagichq.com within 30 days of the charge.

Subscription plans

Monthly subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing period and are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.
