LAGIC ("we," "us," or "our") is a data intelligence platform operated by LAGIC HQ. Our website is located at lagichq.com. We provide automated lead generation and data extraction tools that help businesses discover verified contact information, business profiles, and market intelligence from publicly available sources across the web.

Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google, we receive your name and email from Google. We do not receive or store your Google password.

Usage Data: We collect information about how you use our platform, including the tools you run, the number of credits consumed, delivery preferences, and timestamps of activity.

Payment Information: If you purchase credits, payment processing is handled by our third-party payment processor (Stripe). We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.

Automatically Collected Data: We collect standard web analytics data such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring URLs, and pages visited. This data helps us improve our platform.

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our data extraction services
• Process your account registration and manage your credit balance
• Deliver extracted data to your chosen channels (email, webhook, CSV, etc.)
• Send transactional emails related to your account and usage
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

LAGIC extracts publicly available data from websites and platforms on your behalf. This data may include business names, contact details, reviews, pricing, and other publicly accessible information. You are responsible for ensuring your use of extracted data complies with all applicable laws, including data protection regulations in your jurisdiction.

Your account data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. We use trusted cloud infrastructure providers to host our services. Extracted data from your runs is retained temporarily for delivery purposes and may be automatically deleted after a reasonable retention period.

We share data with the following third-party processors to operate the service:

• Supabase (supabase.com) — database storage and user authentication. Region: ap-northeast-2.
• Stripe (stripe.com) — payment processing and subscription management. Stripe stores your payment method; we do not.
• Resend (resend.com) — transactional email delivery (job notifications, receipts).
• Vercel (vercel.com) — application hosting and serverless infrastructure.
• Sentry (sentry.io) — error monitoring and debugging. With your consent, Sentry may record anonymized session replays to help us diagnose bugs. No personal data from extracted results is included in replays.
• Google OAuth — optional sign-in. We receive only your name and email.

Each processor operates under its own privacy policy and data processing agreements.

We use essential cookies and localStorage to maintain your authenticated session and remember your preferences (theme, onboarding status, cookie consent). Non-essential features (Sentry session replay) are only activated with your explicit consent via the cookie banner. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. Extracted job results are retained for a limited period to facilitate delivery and are then automatically purged.

LAGIC is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Your continued use of LAGIC after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
