Terms of Service

By accessing or using LAGIC ("the Service"), operated by LAGIC HQ at lagichq.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

LAGIC is a data intelligence platform that provides automated lead generation and data extraction tools. Our platform enables users to discover verified contact information, business profiles, and market intelligence from publicly available sources across the web. The Service operates on a credit-based system where each data extraction task consumes credits from your account balance.

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

New accounts receive 30 complimentary credits. These credits are non-transferable and are provided on a one-per-user basis. Creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free credits is prohibited and may result in account termination.

The Service uses a credit system. Credits are consumed when you run data extraction tasks. The number of credits consumed varies based on the tool used, the volume of data extracted, and any premium features (such as residential proxy usage) selected.

Purchased credits do not expire and are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time, though changes will not affect credits already purchased.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights
• Extract data for the purpose of harassment, stalking, or discrimination
• Circumvent rate limits, security measures, or access controls on target platforms
• Resell extracted data in a manner that competes directly with the source platforms
• Create multiple accounts to abuse the free credit system
• Use the Service in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our infrastructure

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of extracted data complies with all applicable data protection and privacy laws in your jurisdiction, including GDPR, CCPA, and similar regulations.

While we strive to provide accurate and reliable data, LAGIC does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any extracted data. Web sources may change, become unavailable, or contain errors. The Service is provided on an "as-is" basis without warranties of any kind.

If a data extraction task fails due to a platform-level issue, unused credits allocated for that task will be automatically refunded to your account balance.

The LAGIC platform, including its design, code, features, and branding, is owned by LAGIC HQ and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

Data extracted through the Service belongs to the original source. LAGIC does not claim ownership of extracted data and acts solely as a tool on your behalf.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LAGIC HQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to LAGIC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at team@lagichq.com. Upon termination, unused credits are forfeited unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which LAGIC HQ operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
