Select by which criteria the reviews should be sorted. Amazon's default is Top reviews.
Limit how far back to the history the scraper should go. The date should be in YYYY-MM-DD or full ISO absolute format or in relative format e.g. 1 days, 2 months, 3 years. All time values are taken in UTC timezone. The maximum reviews per product we can get is 100.
Select the number of stars by which reviews should be filtered. Amazon's default is All stars. Duplicate reviews, caused by selecting overlapping ratings (e.g., 1 star and All critical) will be filtered out.
If the product has multiple variants (e.g., different colors, sizes, etc.), you can scrape reviews only for the selected variant.
Enter keywords by which the reviews should be filtered. Each keyword is scraped separately, in a combination with Filter by ratings option. Duplicate reviews, caused by selecting overlapping keywords, will be filtered out. Example keywords that get lots of results: `["Good", "Bad", "Great", "Quality", "Useful", "Love", "Price"]`

Extract customer reviews from Amazon product pages, including star ratings, review text, images, and user details. This data is invaluable for understanding sentiment, tracking competitor performance, and refining your product strategy.
### Understand Your Customers and Competitors This tool is designed to collect comprehensive customer review data directly from Amazon product pages. Whether you're an e-commerce brand monitoring feedback, a market researcher analyzing product sentiment, or a product developer seeking improvement ideas, access to granular review data is essential. It goes beyond simple star ratings, providing the context and detail needed for deep analysis. ### Granular Filtering for Focused Research Tailor your data collection to specific needs. You can choose to extract reviews sorted by helpfulness or recency, focus on reviews within a certain date range, or filter by specific star ratings (e.g., only 1-star reviews to identify pain points, or 5-star reviews to highlight strengths). For even more targeted insights, filter reviews by keywords to understand how customers discuss particular aspects like 'battery life' or 'assembly'. This level of control means you only collect the most relevant data for your analysis, saving time and resources. ### Beyond Just Reviews: Product Context In addition to the review content itself, you can opt to include essential product details. This means you won't just get reviews; you'll also receive information like the product's price, list price, and ASIN. This context is crucial for understanding the product alongside its feedback, helping you connect review sentiment to product characteristics and pricing strategies. For products with multiple variations (like different colors or sizes), the tool can focus on reviews for a single variant, ensuring your data is precise. ### Ethical Data Collection The tool includes an important option to exclude personal information such as reviewer names, IDs, or profile images. This is a critical consideration for compliance with data privacy regulations like GDPR. By default, personal data is not collected, helping you maintain ethical data practices while still gathering valuable insights.
